DXO: Teenage Bash

pounding beats resounding and vibrating
mimicking music as masses danced wildly,
throwing hands in the air, losing themselves.
half hidden shadows hid roaming hands
but not even darkness could flush out their passion
as the world narrowed down to the two of them.
sickening sweet drinks churned out
in glasses that clinked with ice
melting from the heat of the dance floor.
one could almost hear their hearts
thumping in time with beat of the bass
spun out by the deejays behind the scenes.
drunk on their excitement
they were merely people
... this may sound pretty weird... but this was written in the pov of a... vampire. Alright, I confess, I have just finished reading Sunshine. Which is a book with vampires. >.> So yeah.
Went to DXO with the clique,. barring Chin Ming and Atiqah. The former because she was too lazy to drag her arse from before the computer, but was too chicken to say so. The latter because she had to study. Under strict orders from her mother.
I had fun; I like to people watch, and there were plenty of people for me to pick.

Saccharine Sweetness
[ 22:31 ]
My clumsiest dear, whose hands shipwreck vases,
At whose quick touch all glasses chip and ring,
Whose palms are bulls in china, burrs in linen,
And have no cunning with any soft thing
Except all ill-at-ease fidgeting people:
The refugee uncertain at the door
You make at home; deftly you steady
The drunk clambering on his undulant floor.
Unpredictable dear, the taxi drivers' terror.
Shrinking from far headlights pale as a dime
Yet leaping before red apoplectic streetcars -
Misfit in any space. And never on time
A wrench in clocks and the solar system. Only
with words and people and love you move at ease;
In traffic of wit expertly manoeuvre
And keep us, all devotion, at your knees.
Forgetting your coffee spreading on our flannel,
your lipstick grinning on our coat.
So gaily in love's unbreakable heaven
Our souls on glory of split bourbon float
Be with me, darling, early and late. Smash glasses -
I will study wry music for your sake.
For should your hands drop white and empty
All the toys of the world would break.
~ Love Poem; John Frederick Nims (1913 - 1999)
This was taken from a compilation of poems that Miss Lee had given us previously. Although a generally non-romantic soul, I felt that this poem was very real and certainly very sweet, almost too much for my delicate nerves. It is also quite amusing, to see how the poet describes his wife's failings; written in a light hearted manner, it is obvious that they share a close and intimate relationship from the way the poet teases his wife. Whereas, I can imagine the wife mock glaring at him and even hitting him lightly for painting her in such an ungraceful light. I must say that I am pretty envious of the closeness that they have, the easiness that develops after a long time.
It is also evident that the poet loves his wife dearly, aside from his pet names for her, 'darling' and 'dear', we can also see the depth of his feelings, grandly stating that 'should [her] hands drop white and empty, all the toys of the world would break'. To him, her death would devastate him and happiness would vanished, as represented by the 'toys'.
The poem also shows how much the poet knows and understand his wife. Although with various amusing hyperboles, we get to see that his wife is clumsy, without any 'cunning with any soft thing', but although she may not be good at housework, perhaps, due to her clumsiness, we can see that she is a warm and hospitable person and can make all 'ill-at-ease fidgeting people' calm. This shows that the poet knows his wife's flaws as well as her strengths. He does not get angry over his wife's clumsiness, instead he seems mildly exasperated and perhaps amused by her ways.
And because I'm such a lazy person, I shall stop here. Ta!

random oneshot [incomplete]
[ 14:54 ]
I knew that he was dying; could smell it in his blood, taste it in his mouth. He was fading away, a shadow of his former self, as the illness ate at his body, and destroyed his soul. I could have saved him, yet all I did was to watch him die, slipping from beyond my immortal grasp. He refused the Changing, would rather die than live an eternity of darkness.
He loved me, that I knew too, but he loved the sun more, loved his strange god more. I cannot understand his fixation with the god he worships, some supposed holy man or savior that I do not comprehend. Why would he want to worship a god that punishes his followers for every little mistake? He used to preach to me, while I try to steal kisses here and there. I've seen many gods and goddesses come and go, wars after wars, yet what have these deities become? Ancient relics and forgotten names remembered by barely a scant handful of people.
I met him as a Fledging, not even in my first century. He saved me from some vampire hunters, hell bent on tracking me down to find my Sire. I wouldn't have needed his help, but I have been careless, and got injured by those hunters.
I don't get it why people think that items like crosses and garlic would hurt us vampires. We have been around since almost forever, even before this god that he used to worship, so why would we be afraid of his symbols? And fearing garlic is just downright ridiculous, except that the smell is seriously overpowering for our heightened senses. We were night predators, so sunlight hurts our sensitive eyes and skin, it's not that we burn under sunlight. Honestly, I'm aggravated that these nonsensical myths have found themselves a place in the 21st century. Back then, in the 17th century, such myths were believed because science wasn't as advanced and many things were still unexplained.
He was good to me, even though he knew my true nature. He refused to let me feed from any of the villagers, instead, he allowed me to drink from him. I used to think he was a self-sacrificing idiot, trying to be noble. As a Fledging, I needed more blood, and with my injuries... he was an idiot.
I healed slowly, as I refrained from draining him dry, and without any other blood sources, my recovery rate was even slower than a normal human's. I was almost tempted into drinking animals' blood, except that it would arouse suspicion from the villagers and in turn, vampire hunters will come and play.
I didn't know when it was that I found out that I actually do love him. A cruel joke, I guess. My immortal life span and his early dying. Perhaps I was meant to save him, like how he saved me. Perhaps, I shouldn't have cared about his thoughts and Changed him. But he's dead, and it was me that killed him.
I returned that night, after feeding from some random woman from the village. He could not stop me from feeding from them anymore, since his own blood was... tainted. Drinking from him would only make me hungrier.

Whisper to me the Wind's Name
[ 12:26 ]

I've finished the 600 plus paged book by Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind. Brilliant first book that has kept me captivated during class, hence I barely acknowledged my teachers as they lectured on and on. I didn't read at home though, as my attention was entirely taken up by my computer. Ah well. My biggest weakness: Internet junkie.
Kvothe was an endearing character, I laughed in triumph as he bested his 'enemies', the snobbish Ambrose, and high handed Master Homme. Rejoiced with him when his brilliance was recognized; his entrance into the University at such a tender age, his talent with the lute which earned him an income and the rarely given talent pipes. I got frustrated when things weren't looking his way, getting angry for him when he was bullied, especially when he was still in Tarbean. Though I did quite snickered at his failure in his love life as Denna left over and over again, only to return to him with some other man in tow.
Indeed, all the characters are well developed and very realistic. Though I kind of felt that Kvothe was too powerful... as in sort of like God modding or something to that effect. However, what was truly great about this was the details. The author has put in a lot of effort and heart explaining how everything magical works. In fact, it isn't exactly magic anymore, more of science and alchemy, like Full Metal Alchemist, only with more complications and less flashiness. Although I cannot say that this book is totally original; there were quite a few predictable parts and all that, but everything flows together so smoothly and so harmoniously that I can't find it in me to care.
This is probably one of the greatest fantasy book to hit the stores, for someone as jaded as I am. I used to love the fantasy genre, but it has recently gotten stale for me, with all the cliche and overrated books out in the market. This however was different, I regained my love for fantasy once more. In fact, I even ditched the last Harry Potter book for this. And I had no regrets, Harry Potter... as compared is simply too childish, too 'light'.
A stunning debut and magnificent read, I'm looking forward for the next book in his Kingkiller trilogy.

farewell

drowning in my sea of emotions
you unlocked pandora's box
and ran like the coward you are
who will pick up the pieces of me?
this shuttered heart is crumbling away
stifling my voice, I scream day after day
death and life a mere meaningless cycle
my heart has already died
woven chains entangled in each other
this foolish thing we call fate is beyond repair
we can no longer go back to the past
long forgotten memories sealed tightly
I don't want to remember you too much pain
but these memories overwhelm me and I will wait
always around the corner will we ever meet?
foolishly I pray for this impossible wish
this shuttered heart is fading away
stifling my tears I laugh day after day
lies and truth mere words to toy with
my heart has already killed me
forget everything and vanish away
this is the poem thing that is currently gracing the covers of my foolscap paper. As usual, it's something angsty and depressing, because Bel always says that I'm good at such dreary topics.

No Longer Lonely
[ 20:00 ]
notes: Tennis no Oujisama fanfiction, contains mild slash, of atobexjirou, oshitarixgakuto and ohtorixshishido.
.one; apathymy name isn't important, because I'm no one important. The world doesn't know me, the world doesn't need to know me. I sleep my life away most of the time, because there's nothing important enough to attract my attention. My family thought it was odd, but they didn't really care. My elder brother was the one inheriting the family business, as long as he was fine, nothing else really mattered. My younger sister was their angel, the one who sang and danced and laughed and
lived. And I, I didn't matter; I wasn't important enough. Nothing interest me; not school, not people, not anything. Until you entered the picture, and I learned what tennis was.
.two; brillianceyou were always full of confidence, always knowing that
you were right, ignoring what others thought of you, because they simply do not matter. People flocked to your side, willingly following your every word, attracted by the charisma you exuded. I think I noticed you then; in the hazy foggy world that I lived in, you were the sun that melted nightmares away. But even though we were in the same class for years and tennis club, I doubt you even knew my name, let alone
know me. No one knew me anyway; not even Gakuto who grew up with me. He hates your flashiness by the way.
.three; chancetennis came easily to me, without putting in much effort, I could beat the others, and it bored me. I slept more frequently, living in fragments of dreams, rather then reality. For some reason, I was awake that day, the day that you displayed your tennis skills. I wanted to play against you then, for once, wanting to get serious. I received that chance.
Kantoku made you play; it was evident from your expression that you read me, and found me lacking. I fought the urge to grin; instead, I rubbed at my eyes sleepily, yawning uninterestedly. I wouldn't want to play seriously against someone who thought me beneath him. You intended it to be a short match, giving everything that you got all at once. Why bother playing a first year, when you could be defeating the second years? I fought back, and it caught your attention. I lost the match, 6-7, but won something else in the end. A sort of vague interest, from you.
.four; disjointedLife was disjointed; sleep, dream, eat, sleep, tennis, sleep, dream. Somehow, along the way, Gakuto met Oshitari, and left me behind. He always preferred talking to someone who would actually reply back. It didn't matter anyway, I was busy living in dreams. Then you went and destroyed the serenity with your self-confident ways. I don't know whether you noticed it or not, but I wasn't always asleep, especially when you sat by me and reflected.
.five; expectationspeople looked up to you, they respected you, believing that the facade you wore was real. They expected great things from you, no, they demanded them. You were supposed to be the epitome of perfection, and was never allowed to fall from your pedestal. You showed me your other side though, because you knew that I would never demand anything. I stayed awake for you, casting aside petty dreams, because I wanted to know you. That was all I needed from you.
.six; friendssurrounded by people in and all, but they were probably the closest to you; Oshitari and Shishido and Kabaji. I didn't know where I was supposed to stand, probably somewhere beneath them, probably as some sort of a pet. I wasn't important enough to be anything more then that; a listening ear, a life sized puppy, a convenient message board for some, an annoyance by others. Really, what was I to you?
.seven; growing upwe moved up the ranks so quickly, eliminating the regulars and taking away their positions. By our third year, we were already established. You were the Captain, the sun that led us. Kabaji was the ever faithful follower, standing by your side, acting as your right hand. Hiyoshi who tried his best chasing after your shadow. Oshitari and Gakuto were a strong pair, unique to the team in their own ways. Shishido, whose voice's lost that rough edge whenever Ohtori's around. And where did I stand, except on my own? Is loneliness a part of growing up? I don't think I want to grow up.
.eight; Hyouteia school for the rich and the richer, where the students didn't have such trivial things like friends. No, they had allies, and I merely watched from the sidelines. Who would be interested in a sleeping person? Except you maybe, but that's because you were different from them. Because there wasn't really anything that you needed. Especially not from me.
.nine; Icarus
the boy who flew too close to the sun, he died in the end, you know. It took me a while to realize it, but I am completely in love with you, in love with the sun; it'll bring me my death, but I think dying is worth if I get to feel the warmth that you have. I confessed that day. What was there to be afraid of? Rejection could be easily handled by escaping into dreams that brought relief, and a broken heart could be ignored through sleep.
.ten; juxtapose
"What took you so long to tell me that?" you asked, dark eyes softening slightly as you looked at me. I blinked dumbly, not knowing what to say. I expected harsh words, impatient rejection, disgust, avoidance or something, but not this. Of course, you never do what others predict, solely because you're Atobe Keigo. You laughed when I told you about the Icarus myth. Brilliant in Greek, you had already read this story. "How can I be the sun, when you're the sunlight already?" you quirk a smile, an actual one, not a smirk. I grinned before falling asleep in your lap.
We're as different as day and night, but it all doesn't matter, because you're Atobe Keigo. And you're mine.
.eleven; Keigo
I've never really addressed you by your given name, even though I know you wouldn't mind it, since you've been calling me by my given name since forever. Well, at least everyone does it. Akutagawa's such a mouthful to call, especially when I'm prone to falling asleep in less then 5 seconds.
We were probably the last to leave the tennis clubhouse. Me slumbering peacefully on the couch, while you have to deal with whatever it is that tennis buchous have to deal with. Oshitari and Gakuto had left as soon as practice was over, claiming that they needed practice for other aspects. Ohtori helped with the clearing up, which caused Shishido to follow suit, since they usually went home together. Kabaji, for once, had to leave early, without waiting for you, due to some family issue. How did I know all this? Well, I wasn't as asleep as everyone though I was.
"Oi, Jirou, it's time to go," you shake me gently, one hand running through my mop of curls. I snuggled deeper into the warmth of the couch.
"Mhmm, five minutes more, please, 'Tobe?" I whined, eyes half opened. You scowl, but I can tell it's not serious.
"Absolutely not. It's eight; the school's probably about to lock up. Ore-sama has no wish to be stuck in school," you answered firmly. "Besides, the limo's already waiting for us outside."
I groaned, blinking up at you, "Ne, carry me, Keigo?"
To those who don't know you, your expression of annoyance doesn't change, but I could see that you were shocked by my sudden intimacy. However, you didn't say anything, picking me up wordlessly, as I slipped into a slumber, listening to your heartbeat.
.twelve; lonely
there are times when I feel lonely, even though I have you. But you're always so busy, tied down with responsibilities to your family, to the school, to the club. I keep quiet, and sleep even more. Loneliness is better then being cast aside by you. It's alright, I don't mind. It's the price I pay for wanting the sun. The sun that is needed by others. I guess I can just hang out with the other Regulars. Gakuto's always up for a meal, especially if it's free. Choutarou is easily persuaded to join me for a movie, and Shishido usually accompanies him when he's bored. I wish we could have time for such things.
.thirteen; masks
Oshitari's really too observant for his own good. "Jirou, I know that you're not asleep, so stop pretending. I want to talk to you." He sat down beside me, saying all this in a neutral tone, which is similar to his bored tone. I think only Gakuto and I have noticed the slight difference in the tone's inflection.
I rolled over slowly, stretching lightly, "Hi, Oshitari. Was there something you wanted?" I asked brightly, not willing to drop the mask.
He sighed softly, "If you're mad at Atobe, show it to him, or else he won't ever know. He's dumb in that sense. Being busy is his life, he'd never really had time to relax. And he probably won't mind you scolding him."
I smiled at him, "I'm not the only one wearing a mask around here, am I, Yuushi? Thanks for the advice. Gakuto's heading our way, he looks jealous?"
"Aah, that's merely my plan. See you around, Jirou." he got up gracefully, attention now fixed on the redhead. I smiled.
.fourteen; near
I took Oshitari's advice. Why not, he's a tensai and your close friend. As expected, you were in your unofficial office; the tennis clubhouse, shifting piles of papers for the Student Council.
"Can I talk to you for a moment?" I asked, biting my lip. Was it the right time to talk to you? Or would you just snap my head off with your sarcasm? You looked up briefly, and promptly dropped your pen, ready to listen to me.
I lost my nerve, "It's okay, you better finish your work first. You have a deadline coming up, right?"
You beckoned me closer, and as I stood before your throne, in a single fluid motion, I found myself sitting in your lap, as you picked up the pen again. "Go to sleep, Jirou." That was all you said, as you turned your concentration back to work.
I found that as long as you're near, I can't feel the loneliness.
did that make sense? Cos I wrote this spontaneously over different periods of three days. It's not exactly complete, as I actually planned to write 26 of the drabbles. But I couldn't think of anything fitting at the moment...

Lying is the most fun...
[ 14:59 ]
Tips on how to: Lie; because Lying is the Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off. And because frankly I'm bored. So here's the dummy guide to lying:
[1] Think before you lie. Don't just randomly come up with a lie when you're being confronted. Unless you're a darn good liar, which you're not, that's why you're reading this, you end up coming up with all sort of ridiculous ideas. Lying means you don't come up with the same old boring lie that everyone gives. Come up with something that can/might really happen, and if possible, will only apply to your situation so that the opposite party doesn't get suspicious.
[2] Do not be vague, or overly detailed. If you're lying about something, like 'Why you couldn't meet your girlfriend yesterday because you were with your ex', do not be vague and say you're just busy. It'll set off warning alarms in her head. Vagueness is bad... but for the love of Pete, do not yammer on and on and on about how fun it was to play golf with your uncle Ben, hence you couldn't make it to the date. It not only gives you more details to remember of when she brings up that topic, it will also create more loopholes, and if you have a paranoid girlfriend, chances are alarms are going to ring again.
[3] Make eye contact, dammit! Looking at people when you're talking to them is a sign of respect. And most people do not trust people with shifty eyes. You want to be a good liar? Master your facial emotions. Look at them straight into the eye and unless they have Byakugan, like Neji, they cannot see through your soul and know that you'll lying. Unless you show the guilt in your face, of course. Take note of your own expression; use a mirror if you have to. Listen to yourself when you speak normally and when you lie. Is there a difference? If there is, can you change it?
[4] Make your lie believable. Come up with something realistic and not a tale worthy to be on Ripley's Believe it or Not, because the chances are no one's gonna believe it. And honestly, how many freak accidents can happen? Not only is it hard to believe, but when a real freak accident really happens, they might not believe you. If your boss ask you why you're late to work, it's easy to tell him that your car broke down halfway in the middle of the road, and you had to call a tow truck etc etc, and he might understand and sympathize with your plight. However, were you to say that you were waylaid at gunpoint by some freak wanting to steal your car, that would be utterly hilarious and I'd give money to see how your boss react. Whether will he turn from red to purple, or die of laughter, or just give you a C for Creativity.
[5] Discovery of the lie. GASP. If someone figured out that you're lying, do NOT panic. Simply shrug it off and play it cool. Do NOT even sound defensive, you're just going to make the situation worse. Instead, just laugh at the person accusing you, and give him/her a scornful look. If the lie is passed through to others, just look at them incredulously, and go about your day. If someone else asks you about it, feign hurt that they would rather believe someone else, rather then you. If you're good enough, play on the emotional blackmail.
[6] Hurting others with a lie. Well, it depends on your intentions, are you lying a white lie or just to further your own evil goals? Frankly, I don't give a damn. Since you're already planning to lie, why are you bothering with hurt feelings? My piece of advice? Lie so flawlessly that they won't find out it's a lie and they won't get hurt. That's it. Just don't get nervous or they'll really find out and be hurt. If you're such a wimp, then pretend that you don't care about them and just lie.
[7] Have some memory and use it. It will not do you good to mix up your lies. If you need to go MIA for a day without a good reason and need to come up with a decent lie for everyone, please just use the same lie! It'll only backfire on you if they all come together and list out your supposed 'reasons'.
[8] After lying, don't just change the subject randomly, it makes others suspicious. Instead, let them ask you something about the lie, and please, anticipate some questions about the lie, and come up with possible answers. Usually, when you want to come up with supporting details, think of the 5 Ws: What, Who, Why, When, Where, and the H: How.
What happened, is the most important here because it needs to sound possible and convincing. It's the core of the lie.
Who is equally important as another person in the lie can make or break it. If you want to lie properly, either work alone or choose someone reliable and is able to lie convincingly.
Why includes of your motives for the lie, and well, come up with something decent, and not overly fancy.
When and
Where are probably common sense questions, please use your brain.
How is also important, as it's part of the details, be realistic and remember, you're not Hiro or anything, you can't meddle with time and space so if you're commuting from a place to another, please don't forget the time needed.
[9] Mix some truth into your lies. It makes it even more believable, and it becomes easier for you too. Or if not, lie by omission, and be slightly vague, if possible and you're not squeamish, try pushing the lie to someone else. Heh.
[10] One last tip: Believe in what you're lying. Put your feelings into the lie as if it really happened and it's real. Like... if you want to say that you were robbed, put in the fear and the anger and helplessness you 'supposedly' felt. Make it convincing but do not overact. That spoils a good lie.
Usually, it's easy to think of a good lie, but most people cannot really lie to others before there's some sort of a mental block. The topic whether is it morally right or wrong to lie, doesn't exist in my book. I believe in mere shades of grey. Hope this will be useful, and if anything does backfire, don't sue me. If others would like to contribute and add to this, I would be grateful, since my skills can still be improved on.

I would never tell anyone

Hermione slapped Harry on the arm, "That's mean! And why are you using Malfoy's song?""Because Malfoy's my bitch!" Harry retorted. [You wish, Potter, you wish!]
Draco Malfoy stalked towards Harry, "Potter! I am NO ONE's bitch!" [yes, I adore Draco, don't you know?]
"Fuck you! I treated you like my dog!" Harry yelled. [and this is where we went crazy]
"I fucked you!" Malfoy retorted."No, I fucked YOU!" "Oh FUCK OFF!" Malfoy rolled his eyes and the sexual tension in the air increased."Oh fuck this shit!" Hermione exclaimed and sat down. [and that was random...]
The two boys turned to her, "Shut the FUCK up!" they yelled in unison."Fuck you all!" Ron shouted, "I wanna fuck all of you!" [this is official; we have lost our sanity! Or rather, Faza.]
"Get the fuck away from me!" Draco scowled, "I don't want your weasel germs on me!""Fuck you! Weasels rule!" Fred and George suddenly appeared, "Draco can fuck cats." [No, I don't get that...]
"You should know, don't you? I bet you fucked Mrs Norris before!" Harry snapped, still feeling evil. [erm, didn't have anything to write, and in order to go with the flow... sorry for the hideous mental images]
THEY ARE ALL EVIL!Severus Snape, resident Potions Master and sometimes bat, descended on them, sneering, "Dentention! For all you fuckers!""FUCK YOU!!" I need to have fucking Quidditch practice!" Fred bellowed, "FUCK!"Dumbledore came forward, eyes twinkling like mad, "If you all don't listen to Prof Snape, you can all fuck off.""Whaddaya mean? You wanna fuck us, old man?" Malfoy drawled. [As if Malfoys speak like that]
"I meant that you will all be expelled!" the Headmaster threatened, eyes still twinkling."Yo man, I ain't gonna be expelled, " George began but Harry snapped, "Don't rap, white boy!" [... random]
"All of you! Shut the fuck up!" Hermione screamed, "SILENCIO!" she cursed everyone. And everyone started mouthing the words, 'fuck' at her.She laughed madly, "Never mess with me! Girl Power!" [we are officially insane!]
Silenced, Harry walked away and went to the lake where he was joined by Ginny."Harry!" Ginny squealed. "I love you. I luv you. iwuvu. ♥♥♥ "Harry gave Ginny a deadpanned look and ignored her. Then he jumped into the lake and met Moaning Myrtle. [probably got scared of Ginny]
"Harry! I love you soooo much!" Moaning Myrtle started. Harry swam away, disgusted. "Harry? The Giant Squid is over there!"Harry saw the red eyes of the squid before he was eaten by the squid. He found himself in the squid's stomach which looked like a comfy living room. HARRY POTTER WAS DOOMED. THE WIZARDING WORLD WAS DOOMED!!!1While the wizarding world was filled with chaos, Harry sat comfortably in the squid, watching squid porn on squid tv and tickled the squid so that it would open its mouth and Harry could have a shower. [Faza, squid porn is gross... >.<]Yes, this was the life. Fuck Voldie. Fuck Dumble. Fuck the wizarding world. Harry Potter was finished with the fucking war.fuckedit. THE END.

CRACKFIC! ZOMG!!!1
[ 16:51 ]
It all started on a normal day, pretty cold, but still relatively normal. Maths was dreadful, and so in order to stay awake and looking alive, Faza and I collaborated on this crack!fic after playing rounds of Hangman, Harry Potter!style. If you want to retain your little grasp of sanity, I advise you to start running now, far far away.
Warnings: CRACK!!!1 Random scenes, random people entering in and out for no good reason, mpreg, gayness, crossdressing.
Faza's lines are in
blue, mine are in
green.
Yes, it's not supposed to make sense.
DISCLAIMER: we don't own anything you see here, well, Sue's mine, but you can take her if you want.
It was a dark and stormy night. [cliche, I know. That's the whole bloody point]It was noisy.Everyone was in the headquarters, coming up with a strategy. It was very noisy... [thanks for
that, Faza]
"STOP! Shut up, everybody!" the blonde yelled angrily. The blonde is bimbotic, by the way. Typical. Anyway, she loves peanuts. [OMG! First sign of crack!]
But everyone fell silent at her command, cowering in fear. The blonde rose to her full height and stared at everybody hungrily, "Shut up before I EAT you!!!" [another sign of crack!]
She received a nod from everyone, hence she sat down again, feeling satisfied.Suddenly, a big, burly man barged into the room.90% of the people screamed, even the guys, in a particularly high pitch. [CRACK!]"Hooooo! The sound of music!!!"Everyone suddenly sang and the man laughed madly. The blonde, let's call her Sue, jumped to her feet, 'The mountains are alive!!!" she sang - no, screeched horribly. Then she paused awkwardly and started quacking. The intruder who had waved his wand to silence her, grinned. The intruder was Harry Potter! *GASP* [More crack...]
"Mhahahaha! No! I am Harry Potter's identical twin! But I AM EVIL!!"There was a loud 'pop' sound and Legolas the elf appeared.Sue fainted dramatically and lands in Legolas' arms.Legolas was disgusted, released his hands and Sue fell to the floor. There was another 'pop' sound and another Harry Potter appeared!Legolas clapped his hands happily and rushed to Harry, "Darling!""Oh Lego dear, I missed you!" Harry replied, grinning. "But first! I have no twin! He! He is an intruder under the effects of polyjuice!""He..." Legolas started, and then looked forlorn. "He's Gimli. He was pissed because I called him a short grubby man with a small knob."Everyone gasped and Harry slapped Legolas angrily, "You slept with him! I can't believe this! I am pregnant with your child here! I hate you!"Legolas took an arrow in anger and shot Harry but was astonished to see Harry turning into Gimli. The real Harry blinked dumbly, "This is confusing. Legolas, you can change back to Draco now.""I am NOT DRACO! And aren't you supposed to be dead?!""No... you killed Gimli, not me... and yeah, you are Draco, under the influence of Imperio by your father." Harry replied.Legolas then changed into Cardcaptor Sakura and turned Harry into a card, named 'Crapola'. [Don't ask me, I have no bleeding clue]
Sue groaned, "Why me?!" and promptly threw Sakura out of the window. Then, Sakura flew back into the room and used her Legolas card to kill Sue.Sue grimaced and died, screeching like a banshee. All windows broke. All of a sudden, Voldemort stormed into the room, wearing nothing but boxer shorts. [streaker on the loose!]
"Snape! Where the hell are you?! I want my coffee-vodka now!" he yelled.Voldemort ventured to a mirror in the wall, smiled at his reflection and yelled, "I am sooooooo HOT! Hooohoo!" [Yeah, right, Voldie, dream on.]
Snape handed him his drink, "Yes, my lord. You look gorgeous." he said, turning a pale sickly green."I am so hot! I can't wait to go shopping! OMG, there's a new Prada shop! Ooh! Fabulous! I'm gonna be more gorgeous!" Voldemort danced."Have you forgotten? Potter is dead, you can have world domination now." Snape snapped."And you will be if I don't get the newest Prada bag!" Voldmort sang and then slipped into a fabulous Prada dress. (He was naked before >.<)Snape huffed and apparated away, apparently to get the bag. Then Barney appeared.Everyone screamed at the purple dinosaur, "Incendio!" someone yelled, setting Barney on fire. But Barney couldn't be burnt. He was made of polyester, that's hard to burn.Seeing that he couldn't be killed, the others, in desperation, jumped out of the window and died.THE END
To readers who are still sane, congratulations!
note: draco/harry is my OTP, and I will never slash Legolas with Gimli, worry not! Instead, pray for Faza's onthecrack brain!

she
[ 22:11 ]
a brush of wings, petal soft
light kisses from butterflies.
she touched his life
with her invisible wings.
yet as swiftly as she comes,
she leaves with the dawn.
a caress of a smile
golden rays of sunlight.
she lifted his life
with her bright eyes.
yet as swiftly as she comes,
she is taken by the moon.
and there he sits, in his hands
a framed photograph
pale, still and perfect
so unlike herself.
it makes him wonder
if it is even her?

Pages #1
[ 21:09 ]
Okay, I'm supposed to be doing my homework now, but I'm so not in the mood. Hence, here am I crapping. This is an excerpt from the 'thing' I'm currently writing, okay, one of the many 'things'. Not that I'm good at multi-tasking of course, looking at my grades. >.> Whatever, I'm just digressing. People who do not have open minds and patience, don't bother reading, just skip it.
Juliet rapped on the bathroom door sharply, "Are you coming out any time soon? Or do you plan to come out only near the end of the school year?"
"Bugger off, Jul," the door opened abruptly to reveal a teen entirely clad in black, which contrasted sharply with his pale skin. Black jeans rode low on his slender hips, matched with a black button down shirt with random grayish spirals as design. His hair, blacker than a raven's feathers, was haphazardly brushed, bangs falling into wine-colored eyes. A sullen scowl on his face, he gestured at his bare wrists, "Have you seen..."
"Looking good, Julien. If you weren't my twin, I'll totally jump you. But I draw the line at incest," she winked. "Here, I found your leather cuffs on my table last night."
Julien raised an eyebrow, "Wouldn't touch you with a ten foot pole, sister dear. We do bat for the same team after all. Why are you all decked up in black? Not afraid that your preppy aura will succumb under the gloom?"
Clad in a black halter top and a tight miniskirt, the only color on her was her red lipstick. Eyeliner and mascara were heavily applied, along with a black choker and black platform shoes, she could almost pass off as a regular goth. "Thought you needed some morale booster, so I showed some support for the black-wearing community. C'mon, I'll do the makeup for you."
I'm still not sure what to name this piece, was pretty tempted to title this 'Take Off into the Sky', but... I already named another story that. So... currently, this is titleless.

doll
[ 22:15 ]
it is threeam in the morning
as she sits at the window
blank eyes staring straight ahead
and you wonder where she is.
her skin is cold, deathly pale
and to you her beauty is
frozen, a blue rose fragile
and you wonder if you broke her.
soft silky strands of spun gold
weaving through your fingers
you tug ever so lightly
and you wonder if she feels.
when sleep beckons to you
and you leave her side,
you like to think she's smiling
and you wonder what she knows.
ivory and crimson red
is her heart beating?
you press close and listen hard
and you wonder if yours is enough.

the Black Wedding
[ 22:24 ]
she sits on the divan, her face composed.
black is her attire, her desire.
her veil, draped across the features,
a fine silk of spiderweb threads.
wilted flowers make a bouquet.
wilted petals scattered on her hair.
pale strands of golden white
cascade loosely, a sharp contrast
eyes piercing and focused,
look upon the shadows unblinking.
where has her thoughts gone to?
where did her soul fly to?
a gown upon her,
unwrinkled and lovely.
but crimson has destroyed it,
or did it bring out its beauty?
a black wedding.
vows' breaking.
a heart dying.
an illusion disappearing.
did you heard the wedding march
echo through the house just now?
she has been waiting for so long,
just when is he arriving?
Okay, this isn't too hard to understand, right? I hope it's not too cliche though. Basically, I got the idea when I was in a salon, cutting my hair, and I overheard two hairdressers talking about somebody dressed in all black, attending a function, which I inferred was a wedding. Hence, the title. However, I'm sure there were no one dying there, though this poem talks about the betrayed lover who was murdered by her fiance.
EDIT: OMFG! I fucking forget that today's Eva's birthday! >.< style="font-style: italic;">thought that counts, and I did put in effort... Anyway, here's to a wishing you a happy birthday, and I still don't know how old you are?!?! WTF, when are you going to reply this question? >.>
